A 6 day somatic immersion through the sacred sites and temples of Ancient Egypt
to unlock the wisdom of your soul, the freedom of your body, and the power of your mind. This is your time to reconnect with your divinity and align with your soul’s path so you can embody all that you are meant to be.
This initiation will be facilitated through powerful daily somatic practices including emotional release, dance, kundalini activation, guided breathwork, and voice activation.
We will balance this deep work with grounding practices including sharing circles, meditations, ceremony, singing around the fire, and movement to integrate everything into our body.

Day 1 : Welcome & Opening

Morning: Arrivals, transfer to Philae Island/ Heissa Camp
Afternoon: Welcome lunch, settle into your accommodation, and explore the surroundings.
Evening: Opening ceremony, meditation, and intention-setting for the retreat. Gentle grounding yoga session.​​
Day 2 : Connecting with Ancient Wisdom
Morning: Sunrise meditation and yoga session by the Nile.
Mid-Morning: Visit the Temple of Isis, the goddess of magic, love, and fertility; insights into Egyptian Mythology and spiritual rituals.
Afternoon: Kundalini Activation
Evening: Sharing Circle, sound healing/ singing circle.
Day 3 : Embodiment & Ritual
Morning: Sunrise breathwork and body awareness
Mid-Morning: Workshop on Emotional Alchemy – How to master your emotions for Inner Peace and Creative Power
Afternoon: Boat Ride to explore Nubian culture and villages.
Evening: Sunset Ritual on the riverbank, sacred cacao ceremony under the stars.​
